Villa Gulliver's nest is located in the fraginesi region of Castellammare del Golfo, located in the territory of Scopello, where you can find all the services of primary importance such as banks, first aid, supermarkets, etc.

The house is a cozy and cheerful residential unit and is about 5 km from the town of Castellammare del Golfo.

 The villa is on one floor and is accessible either from the kitchen or from the living room.

The villa is equipped with WI-FI internet and a  private pool. The villa is comprised of four double bedrooms and  of course All the rooms are air conditioned, The house also includes a large living room with  a sofa bed for two people, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms inside the house, one with a shower and a bath tub,  outside the house near the pool there is another shower room with a toilet.

The villa can accommodate from  a minimum of 5 up to  10 people. If there were any

infants or young children under the age of two, always on request and subject to the approval of the owner, the house can accommodate up to 12 people.

Parking is inside the villa. The entrance of the villa is adjacent to the cozy Mediterranean style garden, in the midst of which is the newest swimming pool in the field of sterilization of the water; The garden with the swimming pool is equipped with an outdoor shower.

 The inside of the house is very cool in summer thanks to the latest technology and thanks to the air conditioners in all the rooms, which give a relief when the weather is hot.

Gulliver's Nest is spacious, comfortable, and furnished in a very simple way, making you feel like home. Moreover, the area gives you many things to do, such as relaxing in the villa with nature, or in a few minutes you can get to some of the most beautiful beaches or visit some other places of Sicily.

Palermo Airport is only 40 km away and Trapani 45 km away. Guidaloca beach is located about 3 km from the house and about 6 km from Scopello, 7 km from the Zingaro nature reserve and 6 km from the beach of Mazzo di Sciacca.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, well-cared garden with Mediterranean flowers and plants.

Discounts are available according to your length of stay. The cost is indicative and ranges from a minimum of 1 person up to 8 people. In case the above number is exceeded, each additional person will pay an extra 20 € per day. Prices however should be agreed with the owner.

It does not include the cost of bed linen, gas, water, and cleaning (200 euros)

The tourist tax and the deposit will be paid at the place and returned according to the terms of rent and if there is no damage to objects or things in use during your stay.
